Trivett Harley-Davidson Sydney

Meet Our Harley-Davidson Team

Garry Kelly (General Manager)

Anything on wheels interests me; fifteen years in the motor trade has provided many exciting experiences creating a passion for technical know-how.

As a qualified motor mechanic and auto electrician I mainly spent time on European brands. Being a Harley-Davidson Fan my job is like a dream and it’s unusual but fantastic that our whole service team feels the same way.

Amongst other interests people are a big focus, and this brand certainly provides customers and staff from all walks of life, you learn quickly not to judge a book by its cover and that engines should be loud not quiet.

Harley-Davidson shouldn’t be classed in any one category but the common theme seems to be “enjoy life with a passion” which emanates from lifestyle and what this product symbolizes. Naturally another theme is “live to ride” this one speaks for itself and we are all drawn by it.

As a team we all have our own reasons why we embrace Harley-Davidson, for me it’s the combination of people, lifestyle and the continual accelerating growth of the company.

Dirt bikes were my first introduction into motorcycles. From there I got interested in custom bikes and of course Harley’s in particular.

I had built a few hot street cars in my teens and jumped at the chance to do an apprenticeship on motorcycles primarily building custom bikes from scratch.

The chance to work on Harley’s with factory backing and training was an opportunity I could not pass up.

It was an added bonus that I got that chance with a professional company like Trivett.

Our service department is small by comparison, but the team here are dedicated and very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to growing with this company.

Goran Nikolovski (Technician)

I have been at Trivett since March 2007, but I am by no means new to the motorcycle world. I started out in 1994 working on Ducatis’ which is where I did my apprenticeship.

I then started working on Harleys towards the end of my training and have grown with Harley as all the new technology has been introduced, from fuel injection to the new V-Rod and everything in between.

When I am not working on them for a living I ride them for pleasure and take great pride and care in every job I do. I know how passionate people are about their pride and joy.

I was born into the motorcycle world and it all started when I was 2, sitting on the petrol tank of my dad’s trail bikes. When I was 6 I got my first bike, which I will never sell and I haven't looked back since and have been in the industry since 1996.

Here at Trivett I get to work with top quality products every day in a pristine working environment. I'm always seeing something new and innovative.

The team at Trivett is fantastic and friendly. Many of us have known and worked with each at one time or another over the years so we work well together which translates to better customer service. We also keep an extensive range of parts and accessories, so there's a good chance we will have what you want first time.

I have been around Motorbikes, Cars and just about anything that’s loud and goes fast my whole life, for me the thrill of having such power, literally at your fingertips is truly unbeatable!

An adrenaline junkie at heart, a favourite saying: ‘If you’re not living on the edge.. You’re taking up too much space!’

There are only a few things I could not live without, and motorcycling is one of them.

Tazim Nami (Sales)

Tazim NamiI have been riding motorcycles for over 35 years now, and Harley’s for about 10 years. Currently I own a 1200 Nightster, a CVO Fatbob and a Buell SS for those times I feel like being a boy racer. Combine my love of Harley’s with over 20 years working in the motor industry; I guess it was inevitable that I would end up working for Trivett selling Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

I am also an active member of our local HOG chapter, riding with them whenever time permits. In hindsight, I am very fortunate to combine my hobby and passion with my every day working life. Not many people get to experience that. And the bonus to you, our customers? I speak your language. But most noticeable from my prospective about working at Trivett, is that I get to work with a bunch of people who are a lot of fun to be around and also very experienced and motivated to serve our many loyal customers. I look forward to seeing you all when you next pop into our dealership.

Todd Harris (Sales)

Todd HarrisI have been with Trivett for a couple of years now, and until now, working in the car side of the business. I bought a tricked up Rocker C through Trivett Harley last year, and the bike bug bit big time. So when the opportunity came to get out of the cars and work with Harley-Davidson, the decision was a no brainer. And what a great career choice for me this has been.

I have a bit to learn about the business side of motorcycles, but as a rider myself; I do understand our customer’s wants and needs. And to me, that’s why doing what I do rocks. The other big plus for me is that the crew here at Trivett are a hoot to work with, are very knowledgeable and keen to share that knowledge with me.

Since working at Trivett I have had the opportunity to ride a variety of Harley’s that until now I have not ridden. And I must say, there is a Harley-Davidson to suit everyone. So next time you're in the dealership, pop in and say hello, we would love to meet you.
